Ready to become an organization that LEARNS?

Here are a few things our clients were looking for – and found – at the Collaborative:

LEARNING
We are educators, and so we prioritize and prize learning as the most powerful change lever in an organization. We bring the goal of learning and capacity expansion to every engagement, no matter what the industry. Our clients embrace the opportunity to discover, to build team and organizational self-awareness, and to make on-going learning a strategic priority.

LISTENING
A process that is not cookie cutter or scripted, is responsive to their unique context, and that unearths opportunities to amplify what is often muted in an organization’s structure, culture, systems, or practices.

INCLUSION
Creative and thoughtful facilitation, stakeholder engagement design, and ultimate solutions and materials that amplify equity and belonging.

COLLABORATION
A thought-partnership that is rooted in learning, community building, joy, and discovery.

TRANSFORMATION
Agile and endless curiosity and a commitment to intentional and dynamic solutions.

The Work

Bully Pulpit Interactive went deep in creating an inclusive workplace where all team members can thrive.

We worked with a dynamic and energetic marketing firm around unconscious bias and micro-aggressions with sessions for partners to learn about mentorship, sponsorship, and inclusive leadership practices.

Dynamic listening was essential for St. Andrew’s School to link Mind Brain Education with Diversity, Equity, and Belonging.

We began working with the school to review their curriculum and to establish a research-informed understanding of “belonging.” As the adults in the community worked together in mixed-division groups and departments, they came to understand belonging as personally, interpersonally, school, and community/world dependent.

What is the process like?

People often approach LEARNS with a singular need and a desire for a straightforward answer. The fact is, this path to sorting out deeper issues isn’t linear. It does lead to a new kind of thoughtfulness and listening capacity that will resonate throughout your organization. In the end, you’ll come out stronger.
