Megan Totzke Nuxoll

Megan joined LEARNS after completing her master’s degree from the Klingenstein Center at Teachers College, Columbia University in 2021. She is a systems-thinker focused on mission-based organizations and specializes in helping vision find footing in reality. Leading with curiosity, she explores questions and organizations at a systems-level and listens deeply to the stories communities tell in order to foster an authentic sense of belonging for all members of the community. Her areas of expertise with LEARNS are change management, data visualization, and projects centering on diversity, equity and belonging. Originally from the Midwest, Megan currently lives in Brooklyn, New York with her spouse and two enormous dogs. She is currently reading The Checklist Manifesto by Dr. Atul Gawande and Managing Transitions by William Bridges & Susan Bridges.
