What began as a “one-off” turned into a dynamic, ongoing partnership.
Creating an audience for compelling ideas and action is at the core of what Bully Pulpit Interactive does. They are a team of progressive, creative, agile thinkers and doers who wanted to create unconscious bias training sessions for employees. What began as our first engagement as a company and a one-time training session for several small groups morphed into multiple in-person and remote workshops for all employees including partners, an online asynchronous course on unconscious bias and microaggressions, and sessions for partners to learn about mentorship, sponsorship, and inclusive leadership practices. We’re proud of how our responsive approach to professional learning resonated with the dynamic energy of this organization. We’re excited to see where our partnership goes next!
